The Emitech Group
The Emitech Group is an independent French group with over 670 employees, generating half of its sales in the mobility sector, and mainly in the automotive sector.
Through our services in testing, engineering and test bench design, our offer is global and concerns vehicles and their components such as powertrains as well as other components.
The range of our skills covers electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), equipment safety, mechanical, thermal or physical-chemical environments as well as mechatronics and associated fields
A single partner for a global offer
We test your vehicles, engines and other components
The Emitech Group was formed around laboratories for electromagnetic compatibility testing and then very quickly in complementary fields such as environmental testing (mechanical, thermal and physico-chemical), in safety, radiofrequency, acoustics, fire, hydraulics and mechatronics.
Our laboratories have developed to push back the limits of our tests, whether in terms of constraints with ever-increasing severity, size and weight to test ever heavier and bulkier equipment, servitude to accommodate functional products during testing (fuels, hydraulic circuits, electrical power, hydrogen supply. .) and in acquisition to control equipment under test (EUT).
Our testing offer is aimed at all players in the economy, and in particular the automotive sector, which accounts for half of our business.

Why trust us with your tests?
A single contact to manage your entire testing campaign
The highest capacity on the market for short lead times
The third-party laboratory guarantee (impartiality, independence, integrity)
Our quality system ensuring technical soundness, traceability and metrology

The Key Role of Technical Service in Vehicle Approval
At Emitech Group, we understand the crucial importance of vehicle homologation, an essential regulatory process to ensure safety, environmental standards and compliance with road safety regulations. Our technical department is at the heart of this process, ensuring that every vehicle we examine meets the highest standards.
Our expertise in this field is underpinned by our approval tests. These tests, conducted in accordance with the relevant regulations, are a fundamental step in obtaining the necessary partial homologations. These are then consolidated in communication sheets, ensuring total transparency and reliable traceability.
When a complete vehicle is received, our technical team carries out careful assembly and analysis to ensure its overall conformity.
Preparing for homologation is another facet of our expertise. We assist our customers in defining their target market, certifying their production quality system, and compiling the registration file. This upstream preparation is crucial to successful homologation.
Once homologation has been obtained, our role doesn't stop there. We ensure rigorous follow-up through Production Control (COP), and we remain attentive to product obsolescence and evolution, ensuring that vehicles remain compliant over time.
Our ability to conduct Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing at several sites testifies to our commitment to offering maximum proximity and flexibility to our customers. This expertise is particularly relevant today, with the emergence of new challenges such as the homologation of electric vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems.
Emitech's technical department plays an indispensable role in vehicle homologation. Our in-depth technical expertise, combined with close collaboration with approval authorities, ensures that the vehicles we certify are not only safe and compliant, but also ready to meet the challenges of the future of mobility.
Supporting our customers through our expertise is our business
We offer you the best skills to support your project team at the right time.
The Emitech Group's teams and consultants - doctors, engineers and technicians - provide you with dual expertise, on the one hand, in GMP and associated equipment concerning the design and development stages, and, on the other, in environmental constraints (EMC, mechanical, climatic and physico-chemical).
Our interventions enable you to optimally integrate associated constraints within the framework of equipment qualifications.
Each mission gives rise to a deliverable.
Engineering packages tailored to your needs
Each assignment is tailored to your needs:
- Technical assistance, which enables customers to manage their resources directly,
- Service center, in which we offer a complete resource management and technical management structure,
- Fixed price, resulting in a turnkey project in which the deliverable (study, product. .) is delivered directly at the end of the process.
Our services can encompass project management, incorporating operational safety (SDF) and quality, industrialization methods.
